We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, errors in your order, or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
4. Refunds
At Tot-ology LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products to support parents. We offer a 30-day full refund policy for the following products:

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. To request a refund, submit your request in writing to hello@tot-ology.com with:

Email address associated with the purchase
Date of purchase
Reason for refund (optional)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. After 30 days, all sales are final. By purchasing from Tot-ology LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
